Homeopathy can be used to address mental, emotional and physical symptoms which may be acute or chronic. The remedies work by stimulating the body’s own healing power and do not have side effects. It is suitable for all ages from babies onwards and is perfectly safe for pregnant women.

How an appointment works
When you come for your initial 90 minute consultation you will be given time to discuss your health and emotional well-being freely and openly in a totally confidential and relaxed atmosphere.
The details from the case analysis will then be used to prescribe remedies which are tailor made to suit you; your personality, your temperament, and your total symptom picture, to treat you, the whole person, not just single symptoms.
The remedies will be given to you from the pharmacy at the clinic at the end of your consultation.
Katy can also offer nutritional and dietary advice as appropriate.
You will then be invited to attend a 1 hour follow up consultation a month later to review your progress and prescribe further remedies if necessary.
Your continued care and appointments will be discussed and agreed following on from this.
Treating chronic health conditions can sometimes be like unravelling layers of an onion but you should experience improvements on all levels of your being, including your energy after each prescription.

Consultations may be in person in West Kirby or at the patients home for an additional cost if within 10 miles. Consultations may also be conducted remotely via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Facetime or by phone call.
About Katy Shay
Katy is a fully qualified and registered Homeopath and has been practicing Homeopathy both locally and internationally since 1999.
She trained in London and Manchester and has a busy clinic now on the Wirral and is also a member of The Travelling Homeopaths Collective.
Katy’s previous career was in Tropical Medicine having studied to Doctorate level.
However, her direction changed when her second son received great benefits from Homeopathy for his asthma and eczema and her scientific mind was called to explore this system of medicine.
Following very positive results from homeopathy for her third son’s health issues as a baby, she decided to embark on homeopathic training in 1994 and has never looked back.
